White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery cabinets come assembled, secured on a pallet and includes a dedicated two-person delivery team to transport sewing furniture to the room of your choice - carefully placing furniture in your desired location (including 2nd floor delivery). After set up, your delivery team will remove all trash and debris, leaving your sewing room tidy, organized and ready for sewing!

How It Works

•          FedEx employees are responsible for the entire process
•          A two-person FedEx team will deliver the assembled cabinet in the room of choice, up or down one flight of stairs. All packaging and pallets will be removed

•          Provides confidence to you of a smooth delivery process
•          If damage occurred during shipment FedEx will remove the cabinet from the customer's home and Arrow will work with FedEx to replace the damaged cabinet.

•          FedEx offers a morning or afternoon two-hour appointment delivery window
•          Regular notifications to your customer via email
