Our Service Department
We service all types of sewing machines, embroidery machines, and vacuums (home and industrial). Our factory-trained technicians are here on-site six days a week. Our master technician has extensive experience and has been repairing sewing machines for over 40 years. We have a proven track record of excellence and we strive to provide the very best repair and service department in the greater Los Angeles area.
The Process
You can check in your machine for service and/or repair Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM--no appointment necessary. The deposit fee for sewing machines is $90.00. The deposit covers the evaluation fee and is applied to the total cost of the repair or service. The deposit is non-refundable, but if your repair is too costly or your machine cannot be repaired, the deposit can be applied to the purchase of a new machine. After check-in we will evaluate your machine and call you with the total projected cost of your service. This usually takes about two days. We will not proceed with your service or repair until you approve the work order. We will have a better idea of how long your repair will take once we have assessed it and determined if any parts will need to be ordered.
Warranty Repairs
We provide exceptional warranty service for EVERY machine that we sell. If you purchased your machine from us, we will have all of your warranty information on file. We are also authorized to provide warranty repairs for brand names such as Singer, Brother, and Baby Lock (with a qualifying Love of Sewing membership) regardless of where they were purchased. Call to verify and have your proof of purchase handy. Most warranty repairs can be completed at no cost.
Service Maintenance Plans
If you have a high-end machine, ask our team about our Service Maintenance Agreements. We offer plans that cover your machine "bumper to bumper" and they include cleaning and lubrication as often as needed for the duration of the plan. Our plans cover all of your parts and labor if your machine needs repairs--so you don't have to worry about unexpected costs. You will also receive expedited service if you have a service plan--so you can get back to work (or play) as soon as possible.
Pick-up and Delivery
We offer pick-up or delivery within the San Fernando Valley for $20.00 each way (subject to our discretion and availability).
