IQ Designer / My Design Center Class at Sewing Machine Warehouse

About the Class:

Enhance your embroidery skills with our new IQ Designer / My Design Center Class, available both in-person at our store and virtually via Zoom. Led by Jennifer, you'll have the opportunity to create a unique mini quilt each month using advanced embroidery techniques.

Class Format Options:

Techniques and Projects:

• Monthly Mini Quilt Design: Explore the capabilities of IQ Designer / My Design Center through a new mini quilt design every month.
• Embroidery Techniques: Learn in-the-hoop project steps, and applique - this month we are going to create a fun vinyl Halloween themed project.  Learn how to create designs using vinyl pieces and multiple hooping techniques.
• Creative Customization: This month we will be bringing images in from a digital JPEG, using built-in shapes and fills.

Class Details:

• Cost: $60.00 (includes the class, step-by-step printed instructions, and the completed design)
• Dates:
  • Wednesday, September 18, 2024 - 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
  • Saturday, September 21, 2024 - 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
• Requirements: An embroidery machine equipped with IQ Designer / My Design Center.

Supplies to Bring:

• Your embroidery machine only - no arm we are not going to be stitching
• A plug-in mouse or stylus for precise design work.
• A USB drive for saving and transferring designs.

Project Sizes:

• 9 1/2 x 14 black backing mini quilt.
• 8x12 embroidery mini quilt.
