Bought yourself a fancy embroidery machine but don't know all the fancy stuff it can do?  This is the class for you.

Who should take this class?  Luminaire & Solaris, Destiny, Dream Machine, Altair, Stellaire, & Meridian owners - you must have a machine that has the My Design Center or IQ Designer

We will go through all the My Design Center & IQ Designer machine menus and settings. 
Drawing lines and regions
Using the stamp, erase, select and size keys
Importing motif stitch patterns and decorative fill pattern data
Selecting individual stitch settings
Specifying Global stitch settings
Using scanning mat and scanned images
Stippling and other quilting motifs

What do I need to bring?  You will need to bring your machine and embroidery foot.  10 1/2 x 10 1/2 hoop (or the largest other hoop on non-Luminaire/Solaris machines.  Scanning mat, dark color thread, bobbin, foot changing screwdriver, the fancy stylus that came with your machine and a corded mouse (if you find you have better control with the mouse.)

We will have a video camera and will show you what each screen and button does.

How much is the class?  $10 to reserve your spot and includes the sewing supplies fee, while we don't actually embroider anything, I will be giving you stabilizer and fabric samples to play with. We will have a special of 10% off any in-stock accessory on the day of class.  There is no additional charge if you purchased your machine from us.  If you purchased your machine elsewhere there is an additional $39.99 class fee you will pay when you attend the class.

What happens if I sign up for class and I can't attend?  If this happens more than 24 hours before class, we will give you a store credit for your $10 or sign you up for the next class session.  If it is less than 24 hours before class, no store credit.
