About this Class: Have you invested in a high-end embroidery machine and wish to unravel its plethora of features? This class is your gateway to mastering the My Design Center & IQ Designer, turning your embroidery visions into reality.
Who Can Attend: Owners of Luminaire & Solaris, Destiny, Dream Machine, Altair, Stellaire, and Meridian machines equipped with the My Design Center or IQ Designer.
What You'll Learn:
- Navigating Menus & Settings: A walkthrough of the My Design Center & IQ Designer interface.
- Drawing Lines & Regions: Crafting precise designs from scratch.
- Stamp, Erase, Select, and Size Keys: Making editing a breeze.
- Importing Patterns: Adding motif stitch patterns and decorative fill pattern data.
- Stitch Settings: Customizing individual and global stitch settings.
- Scanning Techniques: Using a scanning mat and importing scanned images.
- Quilting Motifs: Exploring stippling and other quilting motifs.
What to Bring:
- Your embroidery machine and embroidery foot.
- 10 1/2 x 10 1/2 hoop (or the largest hoop for non-Luminaire/Solaris machines).
- Scanning mat, dark color thread, bobbin, foot changing screwdriver, fancy stylus, and a corded mouse (if preferred).

- March 12, 2024 - 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- May 14, 2024 - 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- July 23, 2024 - 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- October 8, 2024 - 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- December 4, 2024 - 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Cost:
- Reservation: $10 (includes sewing supplies fee for stabilizer and fabric samples)
- In-Store Purchase Bonus: 10% off any in-stock accessory on the day of class.
- Additional Fee: $39.99 for attendees who did not purchase their machine from us (payable upon attendance)
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 24 hours before the class, you'll receive a store credit for $10 or can opt for rescheduling to the next class. No store credit will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class.
Sample of Feet and Accessories: The feet and accessories for your machine may vary based on the model. Examples include [list specific feet and accessories here].
Note: If you can't find all your accessories, bring whatever you have. A hands-on approach is encouraged.
